Sleep Tea, Exam Stress and Advice from Beatrix Potter

I made Deep Sleep Tea blend for myself at exam time. I was tired, but unable to sleep and turn my head off. I tried a few over-the-counter natural remedies. They tended to work for a couple of nights and then stopped being effective, leaving me groggy in the morning.

This tea came about almost as a challenge. A small, wry pig farmer came up to me at Scone Palace Country Show. He didn’t drink caffeine, and said all herbal teas he tried were foul!
